ESPA CORP was founded by Mr. Peter Blum and Mr. El Franco Lee in July 1981 and later joined by Mr. Murdock Smith, P.E. In March 2005, the company was acquired by Dr. Karun Sreerama, MBA, PE. With a staff currently exceeding 35 persons, the company is a leading multi-disciplinary company in the region. We are currently participating in the Program Management of some of the largest local construction bond programs worth over $1 billion.
